Soon is a young, committed organic plant-based brand designed to promote the diversity and richness of plants through natural, simple, healthy and tasty recipes oat-, – coconut-, hemp-, almond- or rice-based.
 
Sensitive to the preservation of our Earth, curious to discover all that Nature has to offer us, and eager to consume differently (better), we have imagined Soon products to offer you the possibility of diversifying plant sources while contributing to a world more respectful of Life.

Our recipes

Ingredients (serves 4) :

150g SOON Oat Natural dessert
85g wheat flour
70g apple sauce
30g sugar
2g baking powder
 
For the filling
200g SOON Oat Natural dessert
2 apples
100g sugar
300ml water
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
 
Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Mix in the Soon Oat Natural dessert and the apple sauce. Cook the dough in a lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown.
Put the water, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Peel the apples and cut them in half. Cook in the syrup for 12 minutes.
Arrange the waffles on a plate, add the Soon Oat Natural dessert in a glass and arrange the apple pieces in the syrup.

Ingredients (serves 4) :

4 pears (small size)
150g sugar
300ml water
1 jar (i.e. 350g) of SOON Oat Natural dessert
20g flaked and roasted almonds
 
Make a syrup with the water and sugar. Peel the pears and poach in the syrup for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
Arrange the SOON Oat Natural dessert in a glass, place a poached pear and add a few almonds.

Ingredients (4 serves) :

2 apples (Golden or Gala)
1 pot of SOON Coconut dessert
 
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Put the apples in a blender, add the pot of SOON Coconut dessert and mix until obtaining an smooth and homogeneous texture.
